Happy New Year to all water Industry practitioners

Have any water suppliers experienced failure of a mains pressure hotwater cylinder referred to as an "Elephant" hot water cylinder. These cylinders are manufactured by a Christchurch company ""Multi Machinery (Superheat) Ltd".

Failure of the copper coil is what we are interested in.
