Manhole cast in-situ base using fibre reinforced concrete vs steel reinforcing. Some engineering standards require Manholes with cast in-situ bases to have reinforcement bars (eg D12 @ 300c) in the concrete base especially for larger pipe diameters (eg over 600mm dia.)

Are you aware of Fibermesh 150 synthetic fiberconcrete reinforcement being used for this purpose replacing the steel reinforcing ? Any thoughts, comments or issues? Also appreciate any comments about the use of this product.[/u]
