Hi there
There are three plants up here, all of which not only recycle all there mains water, but use stormwater captured from the site as well. Basically there's no trade Waste discharge, just domestic.

Rotorua measures Allied concrete's sewerage usage using their metered water rate-less water going off site in the concrete.Firth Industries pool all of their waste water ,and use this water in their procesess;any over flow is metered before discharge into the Sewerage.
pH correction may be practiced at the point of discharge prior to entering the Public's sewer.

Similar story in Wellington. We have one concrete batching plant that discharges only if they can't use the water on site for batching. They have pH correction on thier discharge.
